Sustainability
Early in my experience in the construction business, I began to realize just how much building and renovation affect the environment and I developed a personal desire to have less of a negative impact. I strive to take a well-thought-out approach to sustainability, from practical design to durable materials.
Since 2009 all of our new residences have been EarthCraft certified, meaning that they have been independently tested and verified to meet the Southeast's leading standards for energy efficiency. EarthCraft homes offer a host of benefits, from lower utility bills and fewer pest/moisture issues to better air quality and home comfort. For more information about the EarthCraft certification program, please visit their website at earthcraft.org.
